THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The quality is pathetic, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so angry that I wished I'd bought something usable instead. Save your dollar
